U.S. Presidential Election 2012

Want to learn a bit more about the road to the American presidency but don’t know where to start? Look no further!

The U.S. Embassy has a useful website about the elections, including a video explaining how the American presidential elections work. (They have a second overview here, with a colorful and informative PDF.) And USA Today released a useful match game that allows you to check which presidential candidate agrees with your position on certain policies.

We’ll be ordering books about both the Republican and Democratic candidates for the 2012 election after the primaries are over. But we already have quite a bit of stock about presidential elections in general, spanning from the very first presidential election to the election of John F. Kennedy to last year’s election. If there is anything in particular that you’re looking for, just let us know!
